ONLINE COURSE ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE
By purchasing or enrolling in a BbyB Academy online course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. COURSE ACCESS
Enrollment provides you with individual access to the BbyB Academy course you purchased, either the Core Academy or Complete Academy.
Course access is for the registered student only. Your login information, videos, lessons, materials, downloads, or other course content may not be shared with another person.
BbyB Academy may add, update, reorganize, or improve course content over time.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
BbyB Academy courses provide professional education based on the techniques, methods, and professional experience of Brazilian by Brazilian and its instructor.
Students are responsible for complying with all licensing requirements, regulations, scope-of-practice rules, sanitation requirements, and other laws applicable in the location where they practice.
Completion of a BbyB Academy online course does not replace any license or government-required professional training.
3. PROFESSIONAL RESULTS
The course is designed to help students develop their knowledge, technique, precision, speed, and confidence.
Individual results will vary. BbyB Academy does not guarantee specific professional, financial, business, client, or income results from completing the course.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All BbyB Academy course content, including videos, written materials, demonstrations, educational materials, course structure, graphics, photographs, and original teaching content, is owned by or licensed to Brazilian by Brazilian / BbyB Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access and use the course for your own professional education.
Purchasing the course does not transfer ownership of the course content or intellectual property to you.
5. COPYING, SHARING AND REDISTRIBUTION
You may not copy, record, reproduce, download except where specifically permitted, distribute, publish, upload, sell, sublicense, share, or otherwise make BbyB Academy course content or materials available to another person.
You may not share your account or login credentials with another individual.
6. USING THE TECHNIQUES IN YOUR WORK
You are encouraged to apply the skills and techniques learned through BbyB Academy in your own professional services.
You may also train employees who work within your own business in your day-to-day service procedures.
However, enrollment does not give you permission to copy or use BbyB Academy videos, written materials, course structure, instructional materials, branding, or proprietary educational content to create, market, sell, or provide your own professional training program, course, certification, workshop, or educational product.
Nothing in this Agreement prevents you from using your own professional knowledge, experience, and independently developed methods in your work or education.
7. BRAZILIAN THREE WAY
The Brazilian Three Way technique and related BbyB Academy instructional materials are part of BbyB Academy's original educational content.
Students may use the technique when performing professional waxing services. However, BbyB Academy's instructional materials, demonstrations, course presentation, and proprietary teaching content may not be copied, reproduced, or presented as the student's own BbyB Academy training material.
8. FINAL SALE AND NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the digital nature of the courses and access to educational content, course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
9. ACCOUNT ACCESS
BbyB Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate course access if there is evidence of unauthorized account sharing, copying, redistribution, resale, or other material violation of these Terms.
10. COMPLETE ACADEMY
Students who purchase Complete Academy receive access to both The Art of Waxing and The Business of Waxing according to the content included with their purchase.
Business-related information is provided for educational purposes and reflects the instructor's professional experience. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
11. AGREEMENT
By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Online Course Enrollment Agreement & Terms of Use, including the All Sales Are Final policy.
